Se l’infortunio ha luogo durante il volo aereo o nel corso delle operazioni di imbarco e di sbarco la responsabilità è della compagnia aerea, che deve risarcirti fino a 113.100 DSP (diritti speciali di prelievo).
In caso di incidente la compagnia è tenuta ad anticipare il risarcimento danni nei confronti degli aventi diritto.
Se l’infortunio avviene a bordo della nave (dall’inizio dell’imbarco fino al compimento dello sbarco) il vettore marittimo sarà tenuto a risarcirti il danno.
